What do you sell?
Women's tote bags and handbags: everyday totes, shoulder bags, crossbody handbags and a few evening bags.
Are your bags real leather?
Some are, some aren't. Our range includes genuine leather bags and vegan (PU) leather bags. The material is listed on every product page, so check there before you buy. If anything is unclear, email us and we'll tell you straight.
Are these designer or branded bags?
No. We don't sell designer, luxury or branded bags of any kind, and we aren't connected to any fashion house. Everything here is sold under our own name.
Where do the bags ship from?
Our bags are made by manufacturing partners overseas, and most orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouses in China.
How long does delivery take?
1 to 3 business days to process, then 7 to 15 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks.
How much is shipping?
Free on every order to a US address.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. US addresses only.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
You shouldn't. Import duties are built into our prices. If a carrier ever asks you for a payment, don't pay it. Email us first.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page. The first scan can take a few days to appear.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery to return an unused bag in its original condition. Email us first for a return reference. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage. If the bag is damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover everything.
When will I get my refund?
Within 3 business days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. If a manufacturing fault (zip, clasp, strap attachment, seam) shows up within 90 days of delivery, we'll replace or refund the bag. Normal wear and accidental damage aren't covered.
Why does my bag look slightly different from the photo?
Screens show colours differently, and genuine leather has natural variations in grain and tone. Small differences are normal. If it's clearly not what was shown, get in touch.
How do I look after my bag?
Vegan leather: wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Genuine leather: wipe with a dry cloth and use a leather conditioner a few times a year. For both, keep them out of long direct sun and don't store them near heat.
