Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington DC. If an order comes in with an address outside the US, we'll get in touch and refund it in full.
Shipping cost
Free on every order. No minimum spend.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days to prepare and pack your order.
- Delivery: 7 to 15 business days after it ships.
So most orders arrive within about 2 to 3 weeks of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather and carrier backlogs can add a few days, especially around holidays.
Where your order ships from
Our bags are made by manufacturing partners overseas, and most orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouses in China. The final part of the journey is handled by a US carrier, usually USPS or UPS.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. It can take a few days before the first scan shows up online. That's normal for international parcels. You can follow it on our Track Your Order page.
Customs and import duties
Import duties for US deliveries are built into our prices. You shouldn't be asked to pay anything when your parcel arrives. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, don't pay it. Email us first and we'll sort it out.
Wrong address
Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can fix it before the order ships, but not after. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll refund the order minus any extra shipping costs we were charged.
Lost or "delivered" but not received
If tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, or it says delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbours and around your building first, then email us within 14 days. We'll open a case with the carrier and, if the parcel really is lost, send a replacement or refund you.
