What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and payment details. Card details go straight to our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
When you browse, we automatically collect things like your IP address, browser and device type, and which pages you looked at, using cookies and similar tools.
If you join our email list, we keep your email address.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, keep you updated about it, handle returns, stop fraud, meet our legal obligations and, if you've agreed to it, send you marketing emails.
Who we share it with
Only the people we need to get your order to you and keep the store running:
- Shopify, which hosts our store
- Our payment processors
- Our fulfilment partner and shipping carriers, who need your name and address to pack and deliver your bag
- Analytics and advertising providers, where you've consented
- Authorities, where the law requires it
We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting reasons. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or get a copy. Email info@marrowandhide.store and we'll respond within 30 days.
