OVERVIEW
Welcome to Marrow & Hide. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Marrow & Hide, 12911 Sunstone Ave, Orlando, FL 32832, United States. We run this website, marrowandhide.store, and sell women's tote bags and handbags through it.
By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they link to. Please read them before you order. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You need to be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so let us know straight away if you think someone else has used it. Please give us accurate, up-to-date details when you order.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We sell women's tote bags and handbags. Some are made from genuine leather and some from vegan (PU) leather, and each product page says which. Sizes are approximate, and colours can look a little different depending on your screen.
Our bags are made by manufacturing partners overseas and sold under the Marrow & Hide name. They are not made by, or connected to, any designer or luxury brand.
Stock is limited and we may stop selling a product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. Until then we can decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if payment doesn't pass our fraud checks, or if there's a pricing mistake. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay, and import duties for US deliveries are already included in our prices. Payment is taken in full when you order. We can change prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the one that applies to your order. If something was listed at the wrong price by mistake, we'll contact you before shipping. You can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. More detail is in our Payment Policy.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship free to US addresses only. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 7 to 15 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The text, design, logos and other content on this site belong to Marrow & Hide or are used with permission. Please don't copy, reuse or republish them without our written consent.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
Sometimes the site may offer tools run by other companies, like order tracking or reviews. They're provided "as is". Using them is up to you, and those companies' own terms apply.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Some links on our site go to other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, so check their terms before you use them.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which gives us the platform to sell online. Your purchase contract is with Marrow & Hide, not Shopify. Shopify isn't responsible for our products, our website or these terms.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other feedback, you confirm it's yours to share and you let us use it for our business, including showing it on the site. We may remove anything we think is unlawful, misleading or offensive.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We try hard to keep product details, prices and stock levels right, but mistakes happen. We can correct errors at any time, including after you've ordered. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful. That includes trying to hack or disrupt it, uploading viruses, scraping content, collecting other people's information, or placing orders with someone else's payment details.
SECTION 14 - TERMINATION
These terms apply until they're ended by you or us. You can stop using the site whenever you like. If you break these terms, we can suspend or close your access. Anything you owe us up to that point still stands.
SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free. Apart from the guarantees set out in our policies, including our 90-day guarantee against manufacturing faults, products and the site are provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.
SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, and your statutory consumer rights aren't affected.
SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
If you break these terms or the law while using our site, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs.
SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we don't enforce part of these terms straight away, we haven't given up the right to do so later. These terms, together with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us.
SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT
You can't transfer your rights under these terms to someone else without our agreement. We may transfer ours, for example if the business changes hands, without affecting your rights.
SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first. Most problems get sorted by email within a day.

The headings are just there to make these terms easier to read. They don't change what the terms mean.
SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
